This donation includes ten handmade pun cards, evenly split between two lighthearted designs. Five cards feature the “Ewe Rock” design, and five feature the “Whale Hello There!” design. The cards were received by Wicked Good Cards on December 21, 2025, and accepted on December 22, 2025.
Both designs use familiar animals and clean, simple imagery paired with playful word choices that keep the tone approachable. The “Ewe Rock” cards show a single sheep standing on a rock, paired with the phrase “Ewe Rock,” a visual and verbal play on “You rock” that is easy to understand at a glance. The whale cards feature a friendly paper whale with the message “Whale Hello There!” offering a welcoming greeting that feels casual and natural.
Neither design is tied to a specific milestone or emotional situation, which makes the cards especially versatile. They can be used in many types of care settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care communities, and family support organizations. Their straightforward humor lowers the barrier to use and allows people to select a card without needing to match a precise situation or explain the choice.
These cards are well suited for everyday moments such as acknowledging effort, recognizing presence, or offering a small point of connection during routine interactions. Because the designs rely on familiar imagery rather than symbolism, they remain accessible across different relationships and comfort levels within shared care environments.
Each card has a blank interior, leaving the sender in control of what is written. Patients and residents may choose them to reach out to family or friends, while caregivers, staff, or volunteers can use them to share encouragement, recognition, or a brief moment of levity during daily care.
These cards have been accepted into inventory and will be distributed by category based on partner needs and availability.
